Guidelines to help you have a seamless service experience

Wellness Guidelines

In an effort to keep my space healthy and comfortable, masks are optional. Hand washing is requested upon entering the salon space. Let me know if there are any further measures that can be taken for your comfort. As common sense would dictate, I also ask that you do not enter the space while Covid positive or suffering any symptoms of illness, including but not limited to: fever, coughing, sneezing, rash. (allergy are allergies). If you have lingering symptoms of any kind, please wear a mask,

General Guidelines

1. I ask that COLOR CLIENTS come with hair that has been shampooed about 24 hours before the service time. I am offering elevated color services with quality products and strive for optimal results that may not be achievable with hair that has product and environmental build-up. Clean hair is the most desirable in order to have an even deposit and/or lift. Some products, like dry shampoo, cause SEVERE irritation when they come in contact with professional color chemicals. I do not color dirty hair.

2. You can bring snacks/drinks to your appointment.

3. If you choose to wear a mask, choose a disposable earloop masks. N95s can be a little tricky to cut around ears and fabric masks will get wet and stained.

4. Avoid wearing turtlenecks & hoodies. Unless they can be removed for the service.

5. Remove all large/dangly earrings and necklaces

6. Avoid wearing white and light-colored shirts to color service. Just in case.

7. Feel free to bring inspiration pictures, including pictures of things you hate. Or pictures of yourself with a cut/color you loved or hated.

8. Allow time for parking. There are fewer open spaces these days and when Cubs season is in effect, that can add more of a challenge. Better safe than late.

9. Be sure you have Venmo set up on your phone if that’s how you will be paying. I have a limited amount of time for checkout. I’ll be happy to walk you through the process within a reasonable time consideration if necessary.

10. All credit cards accepted, except for Visa. Credit cards will be charged an additional 3% processing fee.

11. I love taking after pictures so I’d love for you to allow me some time for that after the service.
